Weight Loss Update



Ok, so I haven't been sticking to the Refried Bean and Cottage Cheese Diet. But I have lost 18 lbs so far in 9 weeks.

My current weight is 175 and I'd like to reach the 170 mark.

It's all being done by calorie counting and no cheating.

It's easy, just lay off the crap and eat good food, there isn't any secret. Just add up the calories!
