World Cup, Olympics...Christmas!

I have (another) great idea.

The World Cup of Soccer (Football) and the Summer Olympics are monumental events throughout the world because of one reason.

They are held only once in every four years. Hence they are more valuable events. Less frequency = more value.

So why not celebrate Christmas every four years? And for that Christmas week between Dec 25 and Jan 1, give everyone the time off to really celebrate!

Think about the advantages.

The stress of Christmas shopping just twice a decade.
Less frequency of overeating means less obesity, hence a healthier population.
Less Christmas parties means less drunk driving and after party embarrassment.

The list goes on.

But most importantly Christmas would be then considered as a Great World Event rather than one based on Hypocritical Religious Beliefs and Business Greed.
